THE COLORS IN MY PROGRAM LOOK INCORRECT. (RESOLUTION:
256 VS. 32-BIT COLOR.) HOW DO I ADJUST THEM?
Your display is most likely set to 256 colors in your display Properties menu. SCANALOG requires that you run
at least 16-bit (approx. 65,000 colors) or higher. To change
this, go to the Windows Start Menu and select Settings
followed by Control Panel. In the Control Panel select Display
and then select the Settings tab on the window that appears.
On this window you will see a Colors option. If this is set
to 256 colors or lower (i.e. 16 colors), set it up to a 16-bit
or higher color setting.
WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD I USE?
Scanned images can only be saved in JPEG or Bitmap
